We cultivate a culture of appreciation, openness, and diversity. The Staff Unit Diversity & Inclusion, the Gender Equality Officer, and other institutions are taking strategic measures to achieve this goal.
We promote equal opportunities for all members of our university, independent of gender, nationality, religion or worldview, physical ability, age or sexual orientation. With the Senior Vice President for Talent Management and Diversity, Prof. Claudia Peus, the Staff Unit Diversity & Inclusion, and the Gender Equality Officer, these values are firmly anchored at the heart of the university: through a strong network, personal counseling, a wide range of events, family services, and much more.
